Hey /jp/ I've been trying to get my 12.3 to update to version 1.03 (at least) so I can use the Weather patch and be able to play everyone. Trouble is, I cannot figure out how to update it properly or something. Whenever I run the patch, it never seems to actually update the game, and it only makes the game not play at all and therefore I have to re extract all the files and stuff and lose all my data for it.

So basically, can you guys tell me what I might be doing wrong? Or point me to a pre patched 1.03 12.3 game?
