Only someone who doesn't know shogs would ever say such things. Shogs delight in their masters self growth just as much as any other Mamono. What you are describing just makes it sound like Kikimoras just have a hyperspecific fetish. Shoggoths might not put as much importance into made up ettiquette, but they certainly help their masters become the best versions of themselves. After all, they are powerful beings. They have vast knowledge at their disposal, an the ability to teach a miriad of crafts and combat techniques.
And let's be honest here, shogs can make literal furniture, but it's not impossible to treat a kiki like a chair or similar. And i know they would orgasm just from their masters using them like the submissive maids they are.
At the end of the day, it's a question of preference. There is no point in arguing about who is the best maid, but who is the best maid for you. Both Kikimoras and Shoggoths have the ability to become any kind of maid, and their racial traits enhance them, not restrain them. If you were a true maid lover, you would know this.

Plenty more i like, but only a couple i favor rather strongly. Oomukade, Lamia, Automaton and Shoggoths are among my favorites. Could talk about any of them for days on end really.
Have to disagree with the second part. I liked MGE'd foxes before i knew what was the MGE, and there is plenty of trickery they can do within it.
