It's hard to tell. I saw only a few smaller spike instances on Pekora streams, where she has a lot of viewers at once, but then looking at something like Coco's recent celebration, with significantly less viewers, the spike pattern is clearly present, if not extreme.
I wish Kanata had kept her stream up to see if her extreme length waiting room would result in extreme spikes.
