Not even that. According to Flandre, Remilia is just chuuni. She lies about having fate control powers for the same reason she lies about being descended from Dracula.

She's still pretty fucking strong though, in just about every area - strength, speed, regeneration, magical energy, you name it. Vampires are apparently the Touhou equivalent of RPG players who take every weakness and drawback they can find in order to max out their character's stats.

I was reading Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red again and I feel like I'm missing out on something. In the Flandre story is it implied that Remilia planned the Meteor to hit Flandre? Why does Flandre show so much animosity towards Remilia?
