It's about how Yukari was trying to use the Scarlet Mansion as a way to harvest humans as food by letting village men rape and impregnate every girl in gensokyo. Then her plan backfires and Meiling turned out to be the only person that wasn't mindbroken and she becomes the most powerful youkai.
