Probably. In MtG, gigantic super-beasts like dragons and leviathans only come out to be 7/7 or 9/9 beasts.

The single strongest human card I could find was Iwamori of the Open Fist, a 5/5 Legendary. (Kamahl, Pit Fighter is a 6/1, though.)

Even if we assume Servants should mostly be about the 5/5, 6/6, or even 10/10 range for someone insane like Herakles, Emrakul the Aeons Torn comes in at a tyrannical and eminent 15/15.
He also brings with him annihilator 6, so he can basically blow anything out of existence just by existing. It forces a sacrifice, it's not a destruction effect.
He has protection from colored spells, which I guess would mean he's immune to the five elements but wouldn't be immune to magic of imaginary colors. Angra Mainyu could defeat it, then.
