Okay, I think ejaculations may just be completely fucked in the new version.
I end up shooting out more than half of my maximum vigor in one shot now, and with the ridiculous energy penalties that can easily eat up half of your maximum energy, I end up knocking myself out in less than an hour.
I guess these functions weren't designed for high-level waifus, but it breaks the sex mechanics pretty badly.
