I studied for a month and got sick of flashcards already. Decided to try watching anime on animelon with jp subs. It's painfully slow since I need to pause constantly as I only know a couple of hundred words but I its also more fun than consuming manga. The problem is that now I feel like doing anki reps is a waste of time and I'd better watch something for 1-2hrs instead. Am I shooting myself in the foot by skipping core2k?

I did the same last year watching raws and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If it isn't fun, try being less of a retard.
