To add on probably just venturing into a mamono realm in general would incubize you as the naturally floating mana in the air would literally be the only energy that would enter your body.
On top of that monsters just naturally shed energy via living so all an anon would need is to either:
1) enter a mamono realm and exist there for a few hours, at most
2)get hugged by a monster or generally just hang around one

It won't take long at all for incubization to fully convert you once those conditions are met, and boy if you weren't attractive to monsters before you sure as hell will be now as you're literally bursting with mana from the seems.
