Blue Oni's lead Red Oni's, Minotaur are tough Holstauri, Lilims are head Succubi, Pharoah leads desert monsters, ect.

Uruk lead Orcs, so P'Orcs would need a P'Uruk leader.

Of course there's always the "Outlier" route where it's a P'Orc who's built like a Minotaur. She just wouldn't "look" very P'Orcish.

Hobby leads a goblin band on a raid but ends up getting dusted because her big fat tats and slowness make her fall behind then she trips and takes a short nap on the ground.

Hob wakes up and the raid is over, she did nothing, and all the goblins still love her and claim she was instrumental in the victory. Then she does this dumb happy look and tells the "warband" they can have their way with the male prisoners while she goes and eats ice cream or something.
