Karaagetarou is INCREDIBLE. Probably the best "circle" there is, if only for At Cheiri.
Yakumi Sarai is great too. So's Ennui Akadako, Vivit Grey...uh...that one circle that does Flandre a lot...

Why isn't there something like MAL/manga-updates for touhou doujinshi(and music/fangames too, I guess) specifically?

You'd think there's enough demand.

I just went through 200+ translated doujinshi released since my last reading spree, managing all this shit is cumbersome.
