Just got this girl from gacha and tried her out..

what's with her? She doesn't attack unless you leave her on the field for 34 seconds?

Is she useful in the slightest? She doesn't seem to have the attack to really warrant that. I mean yeah she starts with 377 attack but at level 9 that green haired berserker girl has 332 attack with the benefit of immediately being useful.
