It's why 2017 World would logically be ruled by Elves, because while everyone else is fucking off and fucking, they'd be creating things the Japs would be hopelessly jealous of.

Think of it anon, shit like Teigu from AkG, giant magically powered sets of armor used /m/ style, Caster's from Outlaw Star, there's nothing out of reach for an immortal people well versed in magic and intelligent enough to pickup and reverse engineer the Tech surrounding them.

The opposite would never hold true since Magic is (likely) a thousand times more difficult to grasp quickly. By the time humanity had started wielding magic with any kind of proficiency it would all be over anyway.

Elves and Monster Girls capable of wielding Tech are the future.
