Because /jp/ doesn't care about Megaman and the Megaman general over at /vg/ doesn't care about Touhou.
Okay, not necessarily, but as a big fan of both series, it's kind of sad that this doesn't get enough attention from both sides.

Last I heard of it was back in 2012, so it's either a very well-guarded game, or it was cancelled.
Leaning towards the latter.

Anyhow.

Looking through the pixel artist's Twitter, there are at least 13 more Touhou NetNavis planned, those being:

Murasa, Ichirin, Clownpiece, Hecatia, Yatsuhashi, Youmu, Rin, Utsuho, Ran, Chen, Shinmyoumaru, Mokou, and Flandre.

Also three more original NetNavis:

Scissorsman, Beetleman, and Chemicalman.
