Alright can someone help[ me here.

I am playing the final trial for Paper Tenko, a Paper Mario inspired TouHou fangame.

Problem? The game has no ceiling for frame rate, is there a compatibility mode I can use to run the game at it's intended 60 FPS, cause getting 220~300 FPS does not work for a game using Paper Mario's gameplay.

Or can anyone tell me if the game works with Mo Slow and I can slow it to 60 FPS? http://www.hpaa.com/moslo/
