sup brotas. i'm going to ask you to put on your thinking caps for a second and speak on some idol shit. now i love certain idols, mikisama in particular, but of late i keep wondering what these women are really like, and how much of the girl we see is a fabrication of their agency. i think this line of thought is pretty common for bros that idol it up; i'm sure that most of us - in our darker hours - have probably flirted with the notion that the idol taking up all those gigs on our hard drives, will in fact NOT be our waifu. my question to you is a two parter- part one is: if you COULD know what an idol was really like when the cameras are off, would you want to risk totally shattering your notions of who she is to find out more about her? the second part is, if your favorite idol was to wed soon, would you rage or be happy for her? as a miki fan, this is something i have struggled with.

tl;dr - is it better to know or not to know?
