typically having it hanging should be pretty fine no matter the weight, but the more material there is around the skeleton, the bigger chance for that to matter. dont hang mine yet, but have been looking for a good solution for a while. both of mine are around 20kg.
the skeleton itself can handle it pretty well.

i think for the most part the price is stabilizing. unless there is some big progress in TPE/silicone costs i dont see them dropping much more than now(no your not going to have a sub 1k silicone doll above 100cm anytime soon)
