yeah i already got me some of that. i have a panic attack every time i take some. even at low doses i freak out. i would appreciate any advice on how i can calm down. benzos don't help sadly.

I already have pretty bad heart arrhythmia, was on adderall from age 7 to 23 so it skips beats a lot. Both times I got high on it I ended up being really stressed out about my heart, felt like it was about to explode. One time on around 500 mg or so, I tried laying down but I decided to turn the lights off before, and yeah it was a night from hell.

Some people with genuine anxious problems and a short history of seizures, thanks a lot here are so many different benzos:

Diazepam: 10-20mg every day. I feel normal and I'm not so anxious.

Clonazepam: 4-6mg every day. I start feeling like being on bed a lot more, but I'm still able to go out normally and my anxiety is gone.

Alprazolam: 4-6mg with some Provigil or Adderall and I have 4-6 hours of god tier thinking.

Opiates and any benzo at low dose: the recipe to chill out.

Opiates and lots of benzos: Opiates feels and last more. Difficult waking at morning.

If I'm not on ANY benzos (at least 10mg Diazepam per day) I can't sleep, my brain is constantly thinking worth or worthless things and I am super speedy, not euphoric, but I'm not fine.

And yes, benzos withdrawal it's practically impossible at some point. Did lots of Cocaine without any downer... never again. Freaked out badly, my body moved on it's own, I got mini seizures...

I take 1ug Clonidine and 2-4mg Clonazepam to sleep every night. Provigil helps me wake up and Memantine (NMDA antagonist) helps maintain my tolerance to any drug.

I mixed Codeine, Xanax and Adderall and also don't have any idea what to do.
I suppose I'll grind in Dark Souls...
