That may have been the option offered to her once this all began, but we have no idea if it was still there for her to choose post festival. For all we know she may not even have a choice anymore, so your GUESSES about why she didn't or did is just as good as mine except mine have actual merit to them.

It's pretty obvious Satoko shot and killed Ooishi before he smashed Keiichis brains in. Satoko saw EVERY loop leading up the new ones and she saw just how much Keiichi would go to save while the others would wait around until it was too late to save her and say there were nothing they could do. It's extremely possible that Satoko was originally hoping for Ooishi to kill off Rika and anyone else besides keiichi and staying with him in that fragment. He orgianlly got lost as well which only helps prove my point that ad long as Rika was killed and Keiichi was safe she didn't care what else happens. If she truly did not care for Keiichi she would've just let Ooishi kill him and finish off Rika and killed herself somewhere private but no she took action because she didn't want to see a person she TRULY cares about die.
