Maze of Love used to be impossible for me, but after switching to control pad it became fun and consistent. Gotta get close and comfy to her!
For real though if you're just going for a clear for now I suggest you don't bother trying to spin around her the legit and instead just sit under her, micrododge what you can, and use your bombs when you can't. Not like you're doing much else with them anyways.

For And There Will Be None, quickly get to a wall, slooooooowly crawl along the walls (but stay away from the corners!) and things will...work? Works for me at least
