How so? The Higurashi and Umineko remake art is miles apart, so you can't use one to discredit the other. I don't see how you can claim this is crap.

Alchemist CGs are hit or miss. I think they're best at subtle stuff like pic related.

You're one of those original-only purists who refuses to admit ANYTHING Alchemist added was good, aren't you? Claiming that the voices get in the way of the music, or that budget filtered photographs are more atmospheric than professional background art. I'll admit, I'm not really sold on Gold, but the original PS3 port was everything I ever wanted and more.
