I agree with your theory somehow, considering how r07 loves character switcheroos like Shmion and Shkanon. It's possible that Miyao and Meow are two different entities (bodies, not personalities -- this reveal could come from Miyao being shown to have a dick, contrary to what Meow implied in the past) acting together and colluding on something. It's not that unfeasible, considering it's the future and essentially cloning someone but changing details like sex wouldn't be that hard. Further genetic modification could be made to ensure that Meow would look more boyish while Miyao would look more girlish, making them almost equal in appearance.

Think about it. Meow saying that revealing their sex would "humiliate Miyao" basically already pretty much confirms girl parts, so why make a big deal out of "revealing" it in the future, and in a later date to generate tension, nonetheless? Isn't that completely contradictory? You basically already confirmed it, so what's the point in just stating the same thing in different words and context? The facts are the same. I'm thinking this is a setup for a twist later on where it'll be noncomittantly implied Miyao has a dick and everyone will be confused. Several Miyaos will exist, their private parts will vary. Hell, what was the dead Miyao's gender?

One counter theory, however, is that the "Meow" personality was added in the Miyao clone as means to keep him more docile and in check, and as a way to confer more authority to her, this Miyao would have a cunny, but i doubt this.

I want to violently sniff Miyao to the point where it annoys him
