Kazuma Shimojou is the only male transfer student to an arts school, and during his entry interview, he gets aroused at the sight of the interviewer's thighs in a tight miniskirt with black pantyhose on, and accidentally activates a skill he didn't know he had that strips her naked. Around the same time, his younger sister breaks his phone after getting jealous of one of the wife characters in a mobile game he was playing. He goes to a mysterious phone repair shop, in which he finds the characters from the phone game he was playing. Lilia, the character from before gives him a new phone that looks different to his old one. She tells him this is the latest model smartphone in their world and that it tailors itself to the user's wishes. And unconvincingly claims that it won't do anything weird at all.

He opens up an app called "Instant Mixed Bath" and finds himself instantly teleported to a public bath filled with girls, including his childhood friends Rio and Konoka and many he'd never met before are stark naked. He realizes the immense power he now wields, and that he could become the number one Paichokinesis user in the school thanks to this phone... or conquer ever girl in the school.
