Loliconne has a site like this for example https://dmg.priconne-redive.jp/ that triggers the DMM download and then the game works like normal even if the player keeps tossing you region restriction screens.

That's so extremely lame and stupid. Even a web wrapper would have been better than a dumb bluestacks emulator considering a ton of these games are web/unity based so the chance of an actual PC version was missed there, especially for the unity ones because they could easily make a PC port due to unity running on everything.
