>No I'm not, there's only two possibilities for all of Nekodamashi and I'm covering both.

You're acting like all these loops had to work the same way, even when with Gou manga by itself that clearly wasn't the case. The Akane loop at least shows Rika waking up by morning and only dying by night. The Akasaka one also lasted two days, and Rika doesn't show any surprise at nothing happening in the first day.

Basically what I'm saying is that the Angel Mort loop was an exception, not the "model" for most of those loops. And there was evidence for that even in the Gou manga by itself. With Rika suddenly waking up there now being explained by Satoko drugging her.

>Why would it? She's supposed to only forget the moments close to her death.

According to Minagoroshi, she has foggy memories of the entire day where she dies and the memories just get worse as her time of death approaches. There is a reason she didn't remember Takano and the mountain dogs killing her even though they keep her alive for a while after capturing her. She's sedated when taken to be killed, but not when initially captured. And yet she could never remember the capture itself either. Heck, if you think she should remember the Kimiyoshi boat stuff, I don't get why you think she shouldn't remember the Satoko torture. You just seem to be complaining about everything.

>What are you saying? Satoko knew this would happen, there's 0 reason to have done it otherwise, that's the point of a gaslight, and it's 100% a plothole.
What? She's clearly shown to be surprised and see an image of the glove coming from the box. You're just completely misreading this scene somehow. Yes, Satoko planned to gaslight Rika to make her happy, but then Satoko herself ended up losing herself in that last world. She talks about how she hadn't had her birthday in centuries, is happy about the group doing it, and clearly disappointed when she messed up.

>it's the laziest and most straw-grasping excuse for Satoko wanting to gaslight her since all we see is just more of the usual club activities that could have happened with or without a gaslit Rika.

We also see Rika super happy, hugging Satoko and such. Yeah, they were mostly just doing standard daily life stuff, but the person living with Satoko clearly was acting happier than usual which clearly rubbed off on her a shown in the story.
