Well, maybe really there is no limits. Maybe we don't know her full potential because she sleeps all the time and seems to do things for fun, making "mistakes" on purpose.
The anon who pointed the manipulation of abstract concepts is right, it comes to a point where she can eliminate their limitations, if she had some, of course. She can also add limitations temporarily to make people think she is beatable in x or y scenario, and in the right moment, remove those limitations.
I really think she is one of the strongest characters in general, not only the strongest in 2hu.

If Gensokyo were real, the odds of my meeting Yukari and surviving long enough to say anything would be (according to some reasonable assumptions) less than one in a trillion, probably orders of magnitude less. So if I found myself in that situation, I would consider the most probable situation that my assumptions were all wrong.

And in that case, with no ability to gauge the situation, why not shoot for the moon? Pick her up, spin her around, and kiss her right on the lips. Maybe that's what she wants. There will be plenty of time for subtle seductions and counter-counter-machinations after the wedding.
