Supposedly she was making 120000円 a month or something, pic related. There is a rumor that Ichii and her family may have already been dissatisfied with the money situation and so perhaps she did not have enough monetary inclination to stay. It may have been a mix of both reasons in the end. That group she joined, Cubic Cross, was an Upfront production and it even had Taisei from SharanQ. So she must not have been too pissed off at the company, at the time at least. Either way, poor timing.
