Your problem isn't color, it's values. I went in and desaturated your image, and it looked like one grey blob.

I messed around and tweaked the values of your image to make it look more like it should be. I don't know what Remilia's palette is.

When you color, make sure that the values of color are distinct from eachother, so that even in black and white you can tell what colors they are supposed to be whether it's dark or it's light. Your coloring can be shitty to be honest, but even just a 3 minute value tweak makes the image look pretty good.
