Actually anon this isn't quite true. Men do absorb mana from the outside, they just do it much less than women do. Hence why men can turn into incubi simply from prolonged exposure to mamono realms, i.e. via mana erosion. To quote World Guide 3:

Perhaps, though it's noted in World Guide 3 that monsters in general are high performance but low efficiency beings when it comes to how their bodies use mana. For one thing they are constantly shedding it in larger amounts than humans, animals, etc. and while this shroud of mana has many benefits it also means they get depleted more quickly than they would otherwise.

It's why if they don't have a man or other means of gaining mana directly, they have to eat a lot more than their body size would indicate in order to keep up their strength.

Come to think of it, Exet's game even has a joke near the end about how much a monster can eat in one sitting.

>Even though they are both human, there is a difference in the mana production abilities of men and women. Essentially, men have a strong ability to produce mana, while women's ability is weaker. On the other hand, women excel at taking in the mana that exists around them and using it as their own, and women are generally able to possess a greater total amount of mana within their body than men can. Because men produce greater amounts of mana, this tends to be misunderstood, but when using magic, men tend to rely solely on the mana within their own body, and as a result, quickly run out of breath, while women can efficiently use external mana, thereby conserving their own mana as well as adding to it. For this reason, women tend to be able to use greater amounts of mana, with more potency and efficiency, so we can say that women are generally more well-suited to handling mana in the form called magic as magicians. On the other hand, in men's case, they are more well-suited to using the mana within their own body to enhance their physical abilities, etc. Since their mana, i.e., vitality, recovery is faster, they also have superior physical strength than women, and tend to be much more well-suited to doing physical labor, serving as warriors, and so forth. Incubi gain the ability to live off mamono mana, and its also noted some human female sorcerers can drain men's mana.

However, for men to actually be good at draining mana is rare. There are exceptions, but in general males of the MGE world excel at producing energy, while females excel at absorbing energy.

As for using a absorption ability as a way to fight a monster, even if you could keep in mind you would be taking her mana into your body. The mind and body of a normal human can't handle that kind of exposure to mamono mana without being overwhelmed and changed by it (simply by interacting with your mana, the mamono mana would begin to absorb it and grow within you). You might end up an incubus right away, or at least incapacitated by arousal.

In Sorcerous Sabbath, a.k.a. “Shirokuto Sabbath”, which has a tendency for the actual age of witches to be elderly, some witches even have partners who have spent centuries with them and have what could be described as the outward appearance of “grandfathers”.

>Also, just as the nature of the relationship between a witch and her partner varies, so too do the duties demanded of onii-chans in Sabbath. All men belonging to Sabbath have a duty to make love with their witch partners day after day and pour mana into them through sex.
