I don't really get this logic, because it implies people are consistently good at one or the other. Deron founded her brand on zatsudan streams and yet she rarely does then anymore, and when she does they're nowhere near as good as the start. You've got people like Iori whose zatsudans are great because she keeps fumbling through things and going between topics every other sentence but her game streams are also equally adorable. Mito's zatsudans and other random events have always been the peak of her streams too, but relatively recent stuff like Amagami and Animal Crossing have been home-runs.

This is just off the top of my head and you or I could probably spend hours of people who do both amazing well, one worse than the other for a time before becoming better at it than the other, but at the end of the day you can't just say "this person is going to be better with zatsudans/games over games/zatsudans" reliably anymore.
