First of all, lowering the standards of board quality?
These good guys are actually doing quite a good job bringing some excellent content to a thread otherwise filled with just mindless self-promotionional links to affiliate sites. And how does it affect the board quality when everything is condensed in a single place?
If you have to complain, you must turn your attention to the real shitposters, like the one always posting threads to call the janitor a faggot. I don't know why some people act so indecently.

Secondly, if you are wondering about who's compromising the report system, this is actually you with your pointless reports of perfectly legit posts.
Like I said, the janitors have already plenty on their plate with Boof, Sion and White Ren. By burying legit reports against those people under a flood of garbage reports, you are actually making moderation much more difficult as the janitor will not be able to differentiate between actual and imaginary rule-breaking anymore and, in the ensuing chaos, will end up accidentally allowing the people listed above to wreak havoc across the board indisturbed.
