Don't bother levelling any silver/bronze/copper girls unless they're your waifu and you plan on upgrading them to rainbow later.

As >>18624470 said level one of your golds to 80 first as your whale friend's helper teams are very useful at the start.

If you get any rainbows then amping and levelling those first should be prioritised except the free rainbow Alstromeria she sucks. Otherwise you probably want to focus on levelling your gacha golds first especially those with useful abilities like dodge. It's probably a good habit to look up any new girl's abilities on the wiki and see what they will have after they are bloomed/level80.

Raising all 20 girls in your core team in parallel will increase your power faster but you'll replace most of them over time so focusing on a few girls is more efficient. Which method you use is down to personal preference and your judgement of the tradeoffs.

Aside from the three or four mentioned earlier in the thread, most event golds have sub-par abilities and will be dead-weight in your core team later, even if you amp them, but instead they become useful for the whaleship because having all equipment slots unlocked means they can contribute more power then one-slot or two-slot gacha golds.

Once your core team is strong enough to reliably complete(3-medal) the 80-stam event missions, you will have a choice of which end-game content to focus on: aqua shadow and megaboss events which require full teams of level 80 gacha girls with good abilities, or your whaleship which benefits most from raising around 60 golds in parallel. Being able to clear out the whaleship's shop each month is very useful, but without a strong core team you might miss out on a few flower stones from occasional big events. Eventually you'll be able to do both with few issues.
