Well take anyone out of their natural element and this will be weakened somewhat, probably why people at AX were so apologetic over the Japanese wotas, they simply don't know the level of devotion.

Of course there will be elements of that which make it easier to understand and appreciate when you are from that culture but pure devotion finds a way of crossing cultural borders.

Considering they commented very little on the radio shows before leaving I'm hoping they feel they should explain that experience deeper now.
But perhaps they will try and cover up their real reactions for reasons previously discussed.
