That's not really a way of helping out. Anyone can download one of those visual novels and hook it up for a machine translation, but no one does because that's no way to enjoy a story. even then it's still terrible since it misses out on stuff. But if I had to wager a guess after looking at his other stuff, he's doing it for attention.
