As for your delete thing, it's a folder generated to cache the flags if you delete it it will just regenerate them. I'm talking of the one in your documents paradox not the one in your main game folder.

Now nitori is technically in the game, I still don't understand the DNA thing yet so that's more try and understand to do. Then the only problem left is the fact 2 characters got messed up when I added nitori, ran now use nitori's clothes and alice use nitori's hair and hat.
