Translucent holes are pretty rare. Most manufacturers opt to make clear holes if they're going to make something see-through. You might be able to find something with a similar structure and outer shape.

TPE good will always leak oil. Different materials have better or worse oil leakage. For onaholes the leak is often negligible because they're so small. For hips, breasts, and torsos the leak is more noticeable because of the larger surface area. A good material will help mitigate that.
