I got this from a dream a while back, but now I'm reading on the wiki that:
>It's almost 600 MP and 40% chance at Casting level 100, and in betas since 1.17, the chance goes **down** as the spell levels!

Is this true for the latest Elona+? How can I verify? Did I basically fuck up by using the points from leveling and Witchcraft scrolls? With 79 in Casting and the Warmage class feat I should have somewhere around 30% success chance IF the spell was lvl 1, but I'm at 1%.
