I found out why AImichu is going to be held inside the NTV halls. As it turns out, there's a big event across 5 BS stations celebrating the 20 year broadcasting anniversary and AI-chan was picked to represent the channel.

So AI's event starts at 12 and ends at 3, then the broadcast starts at 5:30 and ends at 7 and finally the のとく番 starts right after.
We'll get to see her event and the Chinese are likely to illegally distribute her show, but we'll probably miss the one in the middle.
