I'll be honest and say that what drove me to be a NEET, though I haven't been one in some time, was an abuse by women. Society has told women that they need to be empowered, that they're stronger, better, and more capable than men even which causes problems with their biology which makes them want to be with a man that's better, stronger, and more powerful than they are. Because of this paradox they demand the impossible from a man and modern fiction sets up for them impossible ideals for men.

Every woman I ever became close to expected me to be a prince of princes and then when I couldn't meet their unreasonable expectations they threw me away and treated me like shit. In my life I've been confessed to about 8 times, several of those I sought out relationships with only to be met by disaster.

I remember one girl told me she was in love with me than 1 week later lied about it when I wanted to date her and said I was stupid for thinking she was interested. Another girl called me every day to say she was lonely when I didn't come see her then when I showed interest in her she told me she would never be interested in me, another girl told me she loved me more than any man on Earth then refused me when I asked her on a date only to come crying to me about how much she loved me, only to again refuse me when I asked her out, another girl dated me for 6 months and said she hoped we could someday get married only to refuse me when I asked and 3 months later marry someone she had never met before, another girl asked me out and we dated for several weeks before she admitted she was only dating me to get her ex boyfriend mad.
