Not sure. The Watame looks kinda familiar from around here. I wanted to scan this whole book but I'm not really sure how to do that without cutting the pages out of it. There's a ton of good stuff in it, a big part about Vtuber tech and different setups, big sections on the OG vtubers, Q&As with random VTubers (Haato is one of them), Cosplay showcases, a page on the 1st fes, a 4 page OkaKoro skit, pictures of the food they were planning to serve and some of the merch that would have been available. It's pretty cool.
