I often wonder abut the guy who makes Minecraft skins for the Holos.
I get the impression they don't commission him on a job-by-job basis, instead he's just on a constant Cover payroll and produces the obviously necessary skins as well as specific skins they request from him, but also he just produces stuff of his own accord if he thinks it'll be useful.
