The truth is really obvious when you're ready to see it. The basic idea is simple:

Women want to control men.

But the important thing is how they do it. One of the main ways is that they make us depend on them, for sexual release and emotional fulfillment. As long as we have to come to women for sex, it's very easy for them to control us, they can just get their will by withholding sex. While they keep it a little subtle, never directly admitting that it's a bargaining chip for them, while still making it completely obvious that it's your fault if she doesn't want to have sex with you, the basic idea is very simple, they hand out sex like doggie treats, only if you've been a "good boy".

However, a problem arises for them if men don't depend on women for sex. Prostitutes, strippers, masturbation, porn, sex dolls, etc. All these are threats to women's monopoly on male sexual release. So there's two ways they have to deal with it:

1. Making it seem shameful and unmanly to enjoy these alternatives. There's no logical reason anything of the above should be bad to use, but most women will convince you that you are less of a man for even masturbating instead of going right out and trying to find a woman.

2. Banning the alternatives. They have succeeded with prostitution in most places, strippers too in some places, they are pushing heavily on porn and have limited it greatly, though it would be hard for them to get completely rid of it. They would probably ban masturbation too if they could.
