I just bought it off Ebay. Just search for "Touhou mousepad". Not sure about the default packaging, so I made them use a non see-through fabric outside the bubble-plastic.

I don't really know yet. So far it has been a bit weird having my hand so elevated, but I feel no pain in my wrist anymore(I also had some problems). It's definitely a LOT more comfortable than a flat mousepad, just takes some time getting used to.
