At some point they decided to read from the Grimoire of Alice for a laugh and decided to redecorate the spacetime inside of Alice's house with Ultimate Magic. Poor Megumu, having to wear 12'' high geta to hit that elusive 8' tall mark. Tengu women really have to go the extra mile to compete with Oni and Seraph girls who are naturally 8'+ tall. Oh well, at least she's not Aya who is only a mere one head taller than her human boyfriend. Or Hatate who's such a tengulet that she'll no doubt look her future human husband in the eyes without even having to tilt her head downwards, assuming she ever finds one in the first place.

Would Elly make a good drinking buddy? Sacchan, Elis, Konngara and Kikuri would make for a fun group for a night of pub crawling and shrine thrashing, but Elly, Yuuka and the Getsus might work too.

Louise often joins Sacchan when she goes out for a few drinks with her friends from hell. She enjoys their intelligent and mature conversations, and the peaceful break from the often highly eventful Makai environment. She does, however, usually end up having to babysit Sacchan, Konngara and the Koin after they have a little too much to drink, but it's still usually a lot more manageable than dealing with the fights of Yuki and Mai or the eccentricities of Shinki.

A sole drunk Elis is still somewhat manageable, but when Sacchan has her friends over drinking, things will get completely out of hand. Konngara opening sake bottles with her sword and chugging them in one go, Kikuri taking off her shirt to compare breasts with Sacchan to see who is bigger, and all three of them teasing anon who can't really put up a fight for being so much smaller than them. And Elis of course streaming everything on Makaitube until she gets banned again for inappropriate content!

She's a physically large individual, even on hag scale, so she would qualify as one based on that. But on the other hand, considering that her number one canon hobby that she's known for is getting drunk with her friend and thrashing up shrines, she might still be a bit too youthful to be considered a full hag.
