Pretty sure the girls said they have more say in how the costumes should look than ever before. I agree they are not really that sexy but they do look pretty cool except for the shoulder-pads. They have to walk a fine line to appeal to both metalfags and idolfags I guess and don't really feel the need for more fanservice. Less successful bands like pic related are more easily convinced to slut it up
