Okay. This site will help you out a lot with what you're looking for. I would post more movies that fit what you're asking of me right now, but I am kind of in a bad position to do so at this exact moment. I am somewhat into the same Japanese movie movement too. I know for a fact that I know of usch movies, but would have to go back through all my book marks and then find the movies on those bookmarks. I don't think I can right now though. Please enjoy.

Another thing is that a lot of the 1970's & 80's Japanese movies were unique to the times and really can't be replicated, but some Japanese film makers follow in their foot steps. The Last Days of the World was somewhat like those movies and still held meaning in it like those other movies too.
