It's actually really simple especially if you just want to photoshop your waifu next to you. Just click around with the magic wand tool or magnetic lasso to select the edges, cut out what you don't want, clean up with a soft eraser if needed and put your own picture in a layer underneath.

If you want I can make some transparent Yui PNGs that you can just paste over your own pictures in MS Paint. Just post some Yuis and I'll make them transparent... tomorrow, it's way past my uki uki midnight here.
