They can't. You must've been mistaken. Lots of people have asked about it, but it's not in the game, and is also not planned right now since I really need to control the scope. Maybe at some point long in the future. Once kidnapped, lolis will just remain in their cell (in the current code). Right now they'll approach you if they're nearby and hungry and ask for food, otherwise they'll just wait.

Oh, they'll also randoly if they're unhappy try and escape and if they reach their house, will report you to the cops.

That's about it for their post-kidnapped behaivour so far (beyond dialogue-triggered stuff like sex, talking, etc).

What do you mean? They can give birth, obviously, why else would I add in pregnancy and have a genetics system? It's not detailed though, they simply spawn a new loli beside them.
