What the hell is with this board? All it is is freaking anime.

I mean, I love anime and everything, but where's all the Japanese culture stuff?

Anyway. Japan Festival of Greater Kansas City is happening September 27, from 10am to 9pm, so all you /jp/ enthusiasts in the area should make a trip.

A general idea of what to expect:

Taiko drums performed by a master taiko drummer trained in Japan (I actually think he's part Japanese as well), along with his team.

East Asian market (full of delicious goodies, Pocky, Ramune, the koala chocolate thingies, etc...),

Anime on the big screen (all day)

And much more. Admission's only five bucks so come on out and support your local Japan Festival.
