Is there some sort of practice guide or course on making my hand used to draw symmetrical strokes? I can never draw a full face facing forward without screwing up the other cheek and eye. I'm too used to draw character facing left

And I don't want to use the flip function on certain software because I want to be independent plus it doesn't exists when doing traditional media
